Hey there! I’m Kerry — Doctor of Physical Therapy, 2016 Olympic rower, and former collegiate coach.

I started as a walk-on novice at the University of Washington, never having rowed before. Years later, I became one of the best in the world and won an Olympic gold medal with the USA women’s eight in Rio.

What got me there? Chasing efficiency in every stroke. Building body awareness. Developing a solid engine. Having strong legs and actually knowing how to use them. Staying coachable and at times staying internal.

Now, I help others develop those same skills.

Sessions with me focus on strength, mobility, and coordination so you build healthy mechanics, not just for rowing, but for life. You’ll also leave with tailored PT exercises that you actually understand and that feel relevant to you.

My goal: help you move better, feel stronger, and crush it — on the water or in life.
