Women’s Morning Movement Workshops — Age Well

These workshops emphasize intentional, well-coached activation drills, postural awareness, breath work, and balance challenges rooted in education to support long-term longevity. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you’ll learn the why behind each movement and how it supports your body.

Workshops will vary week to week, but the overall focus includes:

  • Improving and strengthening everyday movement patterns

  • Enhancing joint health

  • Building balance, coordination, and postural awareness

These workshops are ideal for women who want to stay active, independent, and confident in how they move, now and in the years ahead.

Women’s Evening (& Select Morning) Movement & Strength Classes

These Wednesday classes are for adult women who want to build strength, move well, and stay consistent without sacrificing good mechanics.

Designed to complement the Age Well morning workshops, these sessions give you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned through more athletic, faster paced training, while still prioritizing joint health and efficient movement.

Classes blend strength training, mobility, and physical therapy–based drills to support habit-building and long-term movement confidence.

  • Evening (every week): 19:00-19:50 (7:00–7:50 PM) *Classes run every Wednesday evening, with possible exceptions in late spring.

  • Morning (bimonthly): 7:00-7:50AM, offered every other Wednesday morning from the Age Well workshops

Class size: Up to 10 participants

Pricing for Evening Classes:

  • Single Class: $50 per class

  • Package Deal: Buy 5 classes for $225 (save $25)

Who are these workshops and classes for?
These sessions are designed specifically for adult women who want to move better, feel stronger, and age well. Whether you’re new to movement practice or have experience, you’ll find support and guidance here.

Do I need to be fit or have prior experience?
No prior experience or fitness level is required however the evening classes are geared towards more active individuals. I will do my best to meet you where you are and offer guidance that helps you move safely and confidently.

How many people are in each group?
Groups are kept small to ensure personal attention and to ensure we share the space, up to 8 participants for morning workshops and up to 10 for evening classes.

What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and shoes you can move in. Bring a water bottle. Any additional equipment will be provided.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Please make note of these when submitting your interest form. From there, I will let you know if we can modify workshop/classes to fit your needs and keep you safe.
